BCP Council Residents' Travel Survey

Darmax Research are currently running a face to face survey on behalf of BCP Council. We are conducting this research to understand how residents travel within the area and to explore potential ways to increase the number of sustainable journeys in the future.

This survey will be conducted in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole, as well as in some surrounding areas that travel into our three Town's for work and leisure activities.

If you are selected to participate, we hope you will consider taking part. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at researchandconsultation@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

This information will help us support travel and transport initiatives better and will support the emerging LTP4 strategy development.

We will run a public consultation on the draft LTP4 strategy and implementation plan in late summer/early autumn 2025. Once adopted by the councils in spring 2026, the new plan will help secure national funding for necessary transport improvements.

Further information on the LTP4 project, including FAQs can be found here: Local Transport Plan Issues and Opportunities | Have Your Say Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole

Thank you for your time and contribution.
