BCP Council UKSPF Grant Project Report

The UK Government has made it a mandatory requirement for local authorities to report the outputs and outcomes that the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) has generated. BCP Council is therefore obligated to collect information from all local businesses awarded a UKSPF match-funded grant. Your participation in this reporting exercise will also help the Economic Development team secure future funding from the government.

As soon as your match-funded UKSPF project has concluded, please complete the monitoring report form to record your outcomes.

All awarded projects must be completed no later than 31 December 2024.

If you would like to complete this form in stages (ie save and return at a later time) you will need to create an account by registering on this website. You will need to give your name, email address and a password to do this.

Before completing this form please read the Government definitions of outputs and outcomes (e.g. created / safeguarded jobs, productivity, etc). Any outputs and outcomes you declare must meet these defined criteria.

Do you have a copy of your original application form?

We will be comparing the outputs and outcomes declared in your report with your original application form. To request a copy of your application form please email ukspf@bcpcouncil.gov.uk

Additional evidence (not mandatory)

We would also be grateful for any additional supporting material you can provide us with to further illustrate your project outcomes. For example this could include copies of business / marketing collateral produced.
