The Sandbanks Peninsula Neighbourhood Plan proposal produced by the Sandbanks Neighbourhood Forum in Poole has been submitted to us. Under the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012, we are required to consult on the neighbourhood plan before an independent examination takes place.

This was an opportunity for individuals, businesses and organisations to comment on the plan proposal including supporting documents. All the relevant documentation and details of how respondents could give us their views were on the BCP Council Sandbanks Peninsula Neighbourhood Plan(External link) page.
The consultation closed on Friday 1 September 2023.
All responses received from this consultation will be passed to an independent examiner for consideration. Responses will not be anonymised, but personal information will be redacted.
