Public Path Diversion Order (Public Footpath B20 - Winter Gardens, Bournemouth)

The Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has confirmed the legal Order to modify the Definitive Map and Statement (legal record of public rights of way) to divert part of public footpath B20.

If any person wanting to object to the confirmation of the Order will need to make an application to the High Court within six weeks from the 22nd November 2023.
