BCP Council have confirmed the legal order to modify the Definitive Map and Statement (legal record of public rights of way) to add public bridleways at Elgin Road. The order becomes operative from the 24th January 2023. The number of the bridleways will be BR133 and BR134. Bridleways are open to walkers, horse-riders, and cyclists.

Anyone wanting to object to the confirmation of the order needs to make an application to the High Court within six weeks from the 13th March 2023.
