Helping us embed our values

We introduced our new behavioural framework in 2022, and it reflects the core values we consider to be important and at the heart of the culture we wish to create for BCP Council. They are what we stand for.

We want to understand how the framework is being embedded across our teams, so we have created this short poll to gain a better understanding. The poll will be shared at various times throughout the year to benchmark our progress. You can see the values on our intranet here
