Forest Road Notice of Confirmation of Modification Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that BCP Council has confirmed the above Order without modification. The Order took effect on the date it was confirmed, 6th September 2022.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement by adding a Public Bridleway commencing from a point adjacent to 22 Forest Road at SZ 06282 90702 and leading west for a distance of 40 metres to its terminus opposite 20 Ormonde Road at SZ 06242 90704. The number of the bridleway to be added is BR132.
Copies of the confirmed order and the order map may be seen free of charge at the Rights of Way Section, BCP Council Town Hall, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY during business hours (please call 01202 128952 before visiting), or alternatively on the BCP Council Rights of Way website, or otherwise contact rightsofway@bcpcouncil.gov.uk(External link) or call 01202 128952 for details. Copies of the order and the map may be bought there at a price of £5 per order.
The Order becomes operative from 6th September 2022 but if a person aggrieved by the Order desires to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, or any regulation made thereunder, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he may, under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 of the Act within 6 weeks from the date of this notice, make an application to the High Court.
