We want you to have a say in how your homes and communities are managed, maintained and improved and to get regular updates from us such as when work affects your home or neighbourhood.

You can tell us when we get things right and when you feel we can improve our services.

Neighbourhood Inspections

If you are a BCP Homes resident (tenant or leaseholder) and would like to get involved and have a say where you live, please join us.

The inspections will take place throughout 2026 at various locations across Bournemouth and Poole.

They will focus on:

  • highlighting any issues
  • creating an action plan
  • identifying neighbourhood improvements

We will also offer the opportunity for any BCP Homes tenant or leaseholder to provide feedback if they can't make the face to face inspection. We will email you a link to our digital engagement where you can post your ideas for improvements. Have a look at some past examples below.

Every 3 months we will provide an update to let you know what improvements we have made after listening to your suggestions and also those we may not be able to do for various reasons.
