Christchurch Neighbourhood Plan Proposal Consultation

We are consulting on the draft Christchurch Neighbourhood Plan Proposal which is being carried out in accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.

Please read each section below where you'll find the draft Neighbourhood Plan for Christchurch, and supporting documents. You can also find details of how to take part, and how to get support if needed.

The consultation closes on 6 September 2026.

Your comments will be considered by the independent examiner, who will assess whether the draft Plan meets the required legal and planning tests. The examiner may recommend changes before the Plan progresses further.
