Constitution Hill - Homes for the community

BCP Council is delivering a transformative redevelopment of the Constitution Hill site in Poole to provide 116 new homes for social rent and 12 specialist homes, alongside high quality landscaping, play spaces, and improved public realm.


The proposals

  • 54 one bedroom homes
  • 41 two bedroom homes
  • 9 three bedroom homes
  • 12 new specialist 1 bedroom homes
  • 90 Parking spaces
  • 190 cycle parking spaces
  • Children's natural play areas
  • Landscape design maximising biodiversity
  • Enhanced woodland setting
  • Improved accessibility across the site
