We conduct our annual SEND Survey to hear from parents, carers, children and young people in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area who access support for special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Our survey helps shape how SEND support and EHCPs are delivered across educations, health and the community.
The results will be published on this website when available.

- Your insights are crucial. They help us to us enhance and develop our services across education, health, and care. Rest assured, your responses will be completely anonymous.
- Your voice matters. Please take a few moments to share your views and experiences by completing this survey. Your feedback will directly contribute to making a positive difference.

If you have more than one child who receives SEND or EHCP support, you can complete a form for each child.
To maintain anonymity of the survey, please avoid mentioning any names (including your own, your child's, or any teachers or support staff) or specific schools/colleges/education settings unless specifically asked.
The questions in this survey have been co-produced in partnership with NHS Dorset, Parent Care Foundation and Parent Carers Together.
