Use for Upton House

I think that the house needs some rooms furnished as they would have been . Most NT houses or places like Blenheim Palace , have a display of how life would have originally been . Visitors like to see this , as it also explains the history of the property.

it could also be used for events , community and private especially as it has the large lawn , for added space .

It’s understandable that at older places, the running costs are very high, so revenue definitely needs to be generated . The Friends of Upton Country Park do contribute towards this already .
