Good morning, thanks for your comment. The other maisonette block on Whatleigh Close has no tall fencing around the rear of the building. Although we appreciate you would like more privacy, it would not be feasible to install additional fencing in this area. Myself and a few other neighbours all agree we should have tall fencing like the other blocks have. This ensures we have our privacy like everyone else and other people who don’t live here don’t enter and cause trouble like they do. The courtyard at the front needs a fence around it to keep it secure. It’s not fair the other identical buildings have tall fencing in their garden and we don’t.
