Create a learning space for childen and young people with links to post 16 opportunities that will create a sense of belonging for them, involving them in projects in and and around the house as the renovations take place as well as developing skills to support them in employment opportunities and encourage positive wellbeing. They could run barista courses, food hygiene, grounds maintenance, there are lots of possibilities.
