The House is quite small for a hotel and lacks lift access, so raises issues.

However, there was an idea for an external lift which could be looked at.

Has good parking, and splendid views.

Good large rooms downstairs for lounges and dining room, with supportive kitchen.

Ideally, run by a luxury brand comnercial operator.

I don't agree with its becoming a facility that would not be easily accessible by all members of the community rather than just those that can afford it. It 'belongs' to the residents of BCP who should be able to continue to wander around the grounds and use the facilities already freely available to the public into the future.
