E2 2024 Horseshoe Common Night-time Closure Amendment Experimental Order

The Horseshoe Common Night-time Closure Amendment is being trialled as an Experimental Traffic Regulation Order.

The amendment to the Night-time closure changes the existing prohibition of motor vehicles restriction from 10pm-5am to 11pm-5am on a trial basis through an Experimental Traffic Order. Experimental Traffic Orders can be in operation for up to 18 months.

Comments received in the first six months after the scheme has been launched are used to assess how the amendment is working. These comments will be taken into consideration when deciding whether to make the scheme permanent.
