We are asking residents who live in council flats for their views on the new external communal areas policy.
We need to make some changes so that residents in Bournemouth and Poole have the same guidance about what they can and cannot do if they live in a flat with a communal garden. Our aim is that this policy will ensure the areas are safe and enjoyable for all residents.
Before finalising the policy we want to hear your views. You can view the draft policy here.
The draft policy has been devised by a group of staff and residents and has been discussed with residents groups.
Please share your views in our survey by midnight on Monday 15 April 2024.
Once the consultation is closed we will review the feedback and make any changes to the policy. It is thought that the final policy will be in place from July 2024.
